bye truffle :(
in loving memory of truffle, my hamster.
i think it died yesterday. i didn't go disturb it today and i didn't see it come out of the little house. but when i finally decided to pay my hamster a visit, i found many small flies inside and it was lying motionless. :( so it died yesterday but i didn't find out until today! i'm such a bad owner. but just as well it died, because it's old and the infection was getting really disgusting and the icky growth, big.
2 years and a few months, i don't know exactly how many mths because i don't know when it was born.
hahha my mom and i didn't really dare clear the hamster cage cos 1)many flies, 2)it's a dead hamster mannnn eewww. so we finally got down to clearing it and putting it inside a pretty little box. the box was a sins choc shoppe chocolate box. so apt, so apt.
i'm not one who throws my hamster away so i'll probably bury it tomorrow when my dad gets home. only thing is, i don't know where to bury it.
i'll miss my hammie! hey it was my first pet okay. i'll miss seeing it everytime i take a walk to the kitchen. i'll miss feeding it and watching it sleep because that's about all it does. all the times i made sure it was still breathing when it was sleeping, i didn't actually think that it would die like that one day.
i want another hamster... or a dog.
